The Academy seeks to provide continuous learning and professional development solutions to build the capacity of our employees to cope with the needs of the sector, respond to new technologies and best practices, and upgrade their skills to align with the current expansion of the company.
The Academy has been design to deliver very relevant programs over weekends (Saturdays) with qualified external resources persons.
Our philosophy is to ensure that throughout the year, our staff are being exposed to cutting edge competencies that will help position Sapholda to strengthen our market share.
We make sure to uphold strong ethical and quality standards in all we do by furnishing the highest level of training to our staff.
